Here's a short list so you don't forget anything! Feel free to bring anything you may want for a three night stay. Remeber we provide meals!

Three meals a day are provided so bring additional snacks if you wish. Meals are generally:

Tent or Tarp with Sleeping Bag

Long Pants, Rain Gear, Appropriate Head Wear or Hats
Sturdy Knife- Preferably full tang, fixed blade 3-4 inch blade or sturdy folding knife
Adequate foot wear such as light hiking boots or sturdy hiking shoes/moccasins
Meals are provided but brings snaks if you wish

Breakfast—Granola/cereal/oatmeal and a bacon side or equivalent protein source.

Lunch—Sandwich, canned tuna, rice and beans, chili, salad fixings etc.

Dinner—Stir Fry with rice, pasta, potatoes and some kind of protein source with salad.

Meals can be accommodated to fit the dietary requirements of vegans or vegetarians. Please provide dietary restrictions when registering for classes so we can plan accordingly.
